The ideal candidate will manage all sports events and camps

Main job duties and responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Sports Directors for high performance camps.
2. Collaborate with marketing department regarding the marketing campaigns for camps and events.
3. Collaborate with sponsorship department regarding the deals affecting camps and events.
4. Collaborate with the supply chain regarding events and camps equipment.
5. Plan sports camps, tournaments, and events.
6. Promote internally and externally for new initiatives related to events/camps.
7. Set and manage events activities and their related venues and tools.
8. Supervise the implementation of the planned events.
9. Research &Development of new initiatives to increase camps, tournaments, and events value.
10. Implement feasibility studies for these events and other initiatives.
11. Define and order the events tools, apparel, and giveaways.
12. Evaluate and enhance all events, camps, and tournaments process.
13. Secure related partnership deals with different stakeholders.
14. Supervise and train the Camp’s Facilitators and manage any related issues regarding them.

Educational background and previous experience:

1. An equivalent bachelor’s degree preferable in Sports Management.
2. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Sports and Camps Management.
